A Look Back

We never had the chance to talk in college.

You were a “star” … girls went gaga every time you play VB.

… while I sat there watching… waiting for you to notice my presence.

But how could you notice me…. I was fugly.

Over a decade after, we met online through your brother.

We chatted for a while but that 30-minute conversation with you was amazing. You do not know how ecstatic I was while typing and exchanging messages with you.

I’m not asking you to like me the way  that I want you to. I know it’s beyond the bounds of possibility.. your friendship is more than enough for me.
